New Prairie model

Ken Dahlin of Genesis Architecture designed this 'New Prairie' ranch. Marianne Kohlmann of Blue Hot Design assisted him with interior material selections.

This is an ICF home with concrete walls both in the basement and on the first floor. The floor is a structural concrete floor with radiant heating. Exterior materials are brick, stucco, and asphalt shingles.
